Don’t like ARIZONA’S new immigration law? Fine. We’ll adopt Mexico’s immigration policies instead, OK?
Let’s take a look at Mexico’s immigration policy. For instance, did you know that:
- Mexico deports more illegal aliens that the U.S. annually
- Under Mexican law, it is a felony to be an illegal alien in Mexico
Or that immigrants must –
- Have the means to sustain themselves economically;
- Not be burdens on society;
- Be of economic and social benefit to society;
- Be of good character and have no criminal records; and
- Contribute to the general well being of the nation.
Mexico’s immigration policies also ensure that –
- Authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
- Foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
- Foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;
- Foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;
- Foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
- Those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.”
Mexico welcomes only foreigners who will be useful to Mexican society:
- Foreigners are admitted into Mexico “according to their possibilities of contributing to national progress.” (Article 32)
- Immigration officials must ‘ensure’ that ‘immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance’ and for their dependents. (Article 34)
- Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets ‘the equilibrium of the national demographics,’ when foreigners are deemed detrimental to ‘economic or national interests,’ when they do not behave like good citizens in their own country, when they have broken Mexican laws, and when ‘they are not found to be physically or mentally healthy.’ (Article 37)
- The Secretary of Governance may ‘suspend or prohibit the admission of foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest.’ (Article 38)
- Mexican authorities must keep track of every single person in the country:
- Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration authorities upon request, i.e., to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants. (Article 73)
- A National Population Registry keeps track of ‘every single individual who comprises the population of the country,’ and verifies each individual’s identity. (Articles 85 and 86)
- A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants (Article 87), and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number (Article 91).
- Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be imprisoned:
- Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned. (Article 116)
- Foreigners who sign government documents ‘with a signature that is false or different from that which he normally uses’ are subject to fine and imprisonment. (Article 116)
- Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported, and/or imprisoned as felons:
- Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished. (Article 117)
- Foreigners who are deported from Mexico and attempt to re-enter the country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years. (Article 118)
- Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison (Articles 119, 120 and 121). Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in Mexico – such as working with out a permit – can also be imprisoned.
- Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population says,
- A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country illegally. (Article 123)
- Foreigners with legal immigration problems may be deported from Mexico instead of being imprisoned. (Article 125)
- Foreigners who ‘attempt against national sovereignty or security’ will be deported. (Article 126)
- Mexicans who help illegal aliens enter the country are themselves considered criminals under the law.
- A Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the foreigner live in the country is subject to up to five years in prison. (Article 127)
- Shipping and airline companies that bring undocumented foreigners into Mexico will be fined. (Article 132)”
How dare Mexico reprimand the United States for our treatment of illegal aliens? Copy this blog and send it to your Congressman, your Senators and your friends who think things like national sovereignty, secure borders, and protecting the lives and property of Americans is not the right thing to do in these politically correct, multicultural times.

I love how the Federal government is critiqing a State for enforcing laws that they do not or cannot. WE (the USA) said the same thing to the UN when we went in after Desert Storm; ‘as the the UN can’t support the sanctions on Iraq… we (the USA) will for you.’ Go AZ.
Illegal immigration from Mexico to the U.S. not only takes away much needed jobs from U.S. citizens, it also wreaks havoc on federally protected lands and property of “legal” residents living along the borders. Watch the video links below to see just how bad it really is!

Why not adopt the Mexican immigration laws? Our country, including our president, has yet to do something to help force illegal immigrants out. We take them in and baby them giving them food, jobs, shelter, medical care, and now even college scholarships. Why because of the hardships they have suffered? Become a legal citizen because I am tired of almost all of my taxes going to someone who is not even part of my country. Take care of your own people and we will take care of ours.
A big thumb’s up Arizona!!! You’ve done what the govt. wont do and what the other states need to do. This country was built by proud immigrants…wanting a better life, and willing to work for it!! NOT, by lawbreakers wanting to game the system… and demanding this and that, and marching in our streets carrying a mexican flag and calling American citizens racist, when your upset that we wont just give you healthcare or amnesty!!! Take your butt’s back to that cesspool you built called mexico… before you really piss us American citizens off!!!
Isn’t this law basically a copy of existing federal law? Obviously the people of Arizona are alarmed at the rate of illegal immigrants that are spilling over their border with Mexico into the state. So what are they to do? Just sit back while the whole state implodes? It is clear the feds have no intention of honoring their duty to secure the border. So Arizona has to take these measures. It is a sad situation all around.

Keep up the good work everyone! We must all keep our voices loud and clear. Like President likes to say “LET ME BE CLEAR”, we are sick and tired of Mexican invaders being rewarded for ignorning our laws, invading our country then having the nerve to INSIST we change our immigration laws JUST FOR THEM! NO MORE! Their kids born here should not be legal either. You know that law that says if you are born in the U.S., you are a citizen only came about due to the fact that we had shamlessly enslaved blacks. They were dragged to this country against their will. We owed it to them to pass a law which gave their children the right to citizenship. IT WAS NOT INTENDED TO BE EXTENDED TO MILLIONS OF INVADERS FROM MEXICO! We need to DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL MEXICANS IN OUR COUNTRY AND PASS A LAW (RETROACTIVELY) WHICH SAYS IF YOU ENTERED OUR COUNTRY ILLEGALLY AND HAD CHILDREN BORN HERE, THE CHILDREN ARE ILLEGAL ALSO AND WILL BE DEPORTED WITH YOU.
LETS KEEP OUR VOICES LOUD, DO NOT LET UP ON THE POLITICIANS.
This fight is worth fighting.
Hey may I quote some of the insight found in this entry if I link back to you?
Please do … And keep on fighting knowing that millions of Americans are with you!

Arizona is the only state that has shown any concern for it’s citizens and the laws of our land. The US is the only country that allows illegals to engage in sexual relations to produce citizenship for their reproduction.. We think we are smart?
How many US solders have been killed or crippled fighting to protect this country including it’s laws and especially it’s immigration laws. Illegals make a mocckery of their deaths.
The US touts itself as a world leader and peace maker out of one side of it’s mouth and the other side can’t even keep our resoures from being depleted by illegals.
Adopt Mexico immigration laws and quite being enableing illegals and take care of your own people
When Shakira stated “that I am pretty much undocumented” is absolutely ridiculous. She came to our country with documents. When entering into the United States legitimately you must show your passport, which Shakira certainly did. By challenging Arpaio to come and get her because she left her passport at her 5 star hotel clearly indicates Shakira does not understand the Arizona Senate Bill 1070. By Shakria not carrying her passport or identification does not mean she will be arrested. One must engage in illegal activity to be arrested and asked for identification, which most likely Shakira will not be engaging in illegal activity. For someone to rally other individuals without fully understanding the SB 1070 is irresponsible. People (including Shakira) need to take the time to fully understand the law before grand standing to an audience who expects her to be informed. Shakira should respect the United State’s freedom of speech and should be fully educated on the law before leading an emotional charged crowd. This law is not new, it is enforcing what is already in place by the Federal Government. It is a Federal crime to be an illegal alien thus the term “illegal alien.” Crime has become an increasing problem in Arizona. The law is designed to punish criminals for being criminals not for being illegal immigrants. Which all members of our community should embrace. If the Federal Government would take illegal immigration seriously there could be alternatives for this law. But the Federal Government ignored Arizona’s immigration problem and decided they could not rely on the Federal Government for help. Arizona’s actions are directed against the members of the immigrant community that are criminals. Anyone, citizen or non-citizen, should agree that the increased violence around our boarders needs to be addressed. Immigrants and citizens need to work together to reduce crime. Shame on you Shakria for further inflaming a passionate subject that should be addressed rationally. Shame on you everyone else for not educating yourself on the SB 1070. For those of you that want to be educated you can read the full law here
